Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in Sweet Lemon Designs. We take pride in our products and customer service.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 3 days via email (hello@sweetlemondesigns.com - with an attached picture), so we can correct the error.

For personalised items, if an order is incorrect by fault of the buyer (incorrect spelling, etc.) or an incorrect proof has been approved we will be happy to reprint the item after it has been purchased again.
